Additional Summer Course 2026
Balanced Body^® Mat Instructor

This course is offered by 2^nd Balanced Body educator Nicola Gravante (www.nickpilates.com). Prerequisites are at least 10 Mat sessions in a Pilates studio and 5 hours Mat group at DieDer Studio (www.diederstudio.at).

Teaching hours: 9 am til 5 pm
Coaching day: December 05, 2026 (12 pm til 6 pm)
Course Fee for all modules: 2.700,- € (inkl. 20 % VAT , BB fee, manual and coaching day)
(Reformer students get a 10% Discount (= 2.430,- €))
Final Examination fees: 210,- €
Individual Examination: 280,- €

The course takes place in DieDer Studio.

Please note:
Reformer students are required to take 12 hours of anatomy course.
In Vienna a course can be booked for example with Nicla Stimpfl at Dieder Studio. The next one will take place in autumn 2025.
