General Terms and Conditions (T&C)

1. Scope of application
These terms and conditions apply to all services of Balanced Body® Vienna for courses and workshops and of the rooms, equipment, and devices.

By registering and paying for a course/workshop, the participant accepts the following terms and conditions.

We assume no liability for the content of external links. The operators of the linked pages are solely responsible for their content.

The information on this website has been compiled to the best of our knowledge and belief.

Photos, pictures, texts, data, information from flyers, homepage, Facebook etc. may not be reproduced without the consent of Balanced Body® Vienna.

The advice and corrections given in our courses/workshops do not replace the consultation of a doctor. The offered services are not to be understood as therapy or healing program.

Balanced Body® Vienna is not liable in case of loss of clothes, valuables or money brought along.

3. Right of use
The use of services and use of equipment and devices of Balanced Body® Vienna is at your own risk. The studio is not liable for accidents or resulting physical damages of participants. The studio is also not liable for the consequences of improperly performed exercises.

The rooms of the studio have a limited capacity for participants. In case of a high number of participants a place in certain units cannot be guaranteed.

The participant is required to arrive on time before each session.

The participant assures that he/she does not suffer from an infectious disease and that there are no medical indications to prevent the exercises from being carried out.

The participant undertakes to inform the instructor immediately of any chronic or acute illnesses (physical/mental/psychological) or in the case of pregnancy.

4. Types of benefits and conditions
Payment for the respective service must be made in advance in cash or by bank transfer.

A credit note for lessons not attended is not possible.

Missed lessons cannot be made up.

Balanced Body® Vienna is entitled to change or deviate from the offer of courses and workshops.

Short-term cancellations for special reasons, non-appearance, prevention or premature termination of a course do not entitle the participant to a discount. A refund is not possible.

Cancellation must be made in writing. A verbal cancellation cannot be accepted.

For cancellations up to 7 days before the start of the course € 100,- will be charged.

For cancellations within 7 days before the start of the course € 250,- will be charged.

In case of cancellation on the day of the course start, the complete course fee is due.

Material costs for manuals and DVDs cannot be refunded.
